What are your hours?Orewa & Silverdale, Auckland: We are open 5am - 11 pm, 365 days of the year including all public holidays Linwood, Christchurch: We are open 24/7, 365 days of the year including all public holidays

Do I have to bring my own detergent?Yes. For our Orewa & Silverdale stores you can purchase washing powder from our vending machine for $2. The dispenser accepts $2 coins only.

Do you have parking?Yes, there is plenty of parking right outside our stores.

What forms of payment do you take?We have payment terminals on all our machines that accept EFTPOS cards, Credit Cards and Debit Cards plus we have PayWave. No coins, tokens or top up cards needed - too easy!

How often is the laundromat cleaned?Our laundromats are cleaned every day, and often twice in winter and on the weekends.
